Software Use & Compliance Responsibility

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Platform.

The Platform provides software tools to help manage online and in–store operations, including websites, ordering, point of sale, scheduling, record organization, etc. The Platform does not provide legal advice, compliance advice, or regulatory determinations of any kind.

You are solely responsible for understanding, complying with, and meeting all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to your business, including but not limited to ATF regulations, firearms transfers, background checks, recordkeeping, storage, reporting, and any other firearms–related requirements.

Use of the Platform does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation.
